Warranty Coverage

We offer a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase on all products. Selected product series include up to 5 years of extended warranty, as stated in their documentation.

Claims and Processing

A claim is valid if a material or manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period. In such cases, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Proof of purchase and defect description are required.

Exclusions and Limitations

• Wear and tear, mechanical damage or improper use
• Modifications by third parties or unauthorized repairs
• Damage due to external influences such as power surges, water or impact
• Light sources and batteries are excluded from warranty

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Standard items may be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the error is on our part.

Please contact our support team before returning any goods to arrange the process and any credit. Customized products are non-returnable.
